Course & Membership Terms
Have Them At Hello Framework Course
Purchasing grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content. You agree not to share your account or materials. We offer a 7-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied, you must request a refund within 7 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued. You are responsible for having the required technology to access the course. Any unethical or disruptive behavior in the course community may result in termination of access.

Have Them At Hello Accelerator Membership
Membership is a subscription service billed on a monthly recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time, which will stop future charges, but no refunds will be issued for already-paid membership fees. Membership includes private coaching, live sessions, and resources. This content is for members only, and sharing of membership content or credentials is prohibited.

Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
The Site and its content are provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from our training, and any testimonials or case studies are illustrative only. Refund & Cancellation Policy
For the Framework Course, we offer a 7-day refund guarantee from the purchase date. No refunds are provided after this period. For the Accelerator Membership, you may cancel anytime, but no refunds will be issued for past payments. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Unless a refund policy is explicitly stated at checkout, all sales are final.

Third-Party Services & Policies
We use third-party services for payment processing, analytics, and security. Payment details are processed securely by third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. Google reCAPTCHA is used for security, and by using the Site, you agree to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
